I collaborated with hospice advocate Mona Hanford on this book, researching the current state of end-of-life care including intensive care hospitalization, hospice, and palliative care. Working with an illustrator and book designer, I prepared the book for publication with Amazon KDP. The book was an immediate Top Ten Washington Post best-seller and remained on the list for 4 weeks. Our book launch included author talks and a sold-out conference with end-of-life care expert speakers and panelists.
